I purchased and suffering since 30 days..
My tv had sound problem from 1st day onwards and I informed to store but no one responded..
At last I talked with LG electronics and returned this tv to arcee as LG has told to me .
Now I am asking refund of my money but they are not responding..
If they will not listen,I have to solve by legally..
Very very much pathetic experience ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They send used products sometimes. We received broken tv and after that there was no help from arcee and samsung. So please buy product online if you are buying any expensive product. Check product as soon as possible after opening from installation guy. Installation guy is always in hurry as it's free service. So he will not allow you to check it thoroughly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arcee is a useless place to buy anything. We purchased a Preeti mixer from here in October 2021 and within 2 months one of the jars stopped working. The showroom people shouted at us for coming there. They said they cannot do anything to help us and asked us to get lost. Everyone in the showroom ganged up against us and shouted and insulted us. I regret buying from this place and request everyone to stay away from here. It is a waste of time and money. They don't even deserve 1 star. This shop should get closed down for it's poor service. Worst ever!
