★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too delayed and they don't have a confirmed date of delivery. If you want to order here ....don't plan associated tasks along with delivery. And...no one will call you to inform about delivery....you have to keep calling them.
Very bad in after sale service.. will never recommend them. Once they the product is sold they are least bother of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I visited sanrachana makers to place a order for godrej slimline, I was in for a surprise, they directed me to recently opened new office on the 2 nd floor, next to vijay sales in the little world mall. The sleek looking showroom was looking g8 with all type of latest godrej interio products. Navin welcomed me with a broad smile patiently heard my requirements and answered my queries. I found to be having in-depth knowledge's. I liked his comparision godrej model to iPhone with the rest of the phone models. He explained to me in detail about gauge the color and products. I was happy to place the order with an initial amount for a russet color 2 door godrej with mirror and locker. Navin then gave me the order challan and then added me for the delivery followup on whatsapp. We could easily coordinate and get godrej installed by a professional godrej technician well before the actual date of delivery on the 9 th instead of 14th. Navin thoughtfully clubbed two deliveries in one go and made everybodys life easy. The whatsapp also helped. As for the product, it is a standard product developed and excelled the quality over the years. I am happy and recommend it also strongly recommend to meet navin before buying product for any further info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and cooperation is good. But the responding and delivery time cannot be certain from the factory. The customization provided is good and the recommendations made by Mr. Sandip and Navin were frank.
However, plan the additional shelves (if may be required) along with the main order as buying separately costs about 30% more than the MRP.
