★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to buy furniture in Kharghar. Among the 15 to 20 furniture showrooms, they have the best quality and finishing. No doubt the prices are slightly higher but the comparative the quality is good. It's a one stop shop for the house, with wide range of furniture design, they also have amazing wallpapers, curtains and sleepwell mattresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't buy anything from this shop as they provide worst customer service,firstly they promise to deliver within time but they don't.we booked a dining table from here and they promised to deliver within 15 days bt now it's been a month they haven't delivered the product,so we went there n took our money back.
They don't even pick up the calls n everytime we call to know the status of the order they have a different excuse.worst shop, service n salesman.
People who r giving 5 star to this shop are the salesman of the shop.so do not trust them n don't make a mistake of buying anything from here.
The salesman has no ethics that how to speak with the customers they r completely hopeless creatures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience for buying furniture from here at the time of buying they treat well and costing high with promise for good quality but after sale using worst product ànd late delivery and in my incident salesman runway not attended my phone. Never do any deal with this shop.Now they have changed name of shop also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad manners, bad communication and bad business ethics.
Very disappointed.
They are not bothered if few customers are dissatisfied - this is what the owner said(young man). I was shocked with this attitude.
They had to do some work in Almirah before delivery. I wanted to check those work before delivery to ensure that it was not left.
I took appointment to check those on scheduled time and when I reached their shop to check, those work items were not completed(not started actually). I complained - why did you call me then... They said all these will be done once it is delivered. Wrong communication. They will talk about warranty and all but only verbal, not in writing. Also, please do not pay 100% advance and get things in writing on 100% original receipt, that is my personal suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer care Owner is not responsible for anything. Ensure you meet owner he agrees for delivery. In my case salesman ran away from last 15 days and all other staff is saying whenever salesman cone we will deliver. It's more than a month of waiting for my six seater dining table. Salesmen here are cheater beware....please do not make any payment in advance.Pay as less as possible as advance. Ensure proper bill what they give is draft quotation which does not even have delivery date.

0 customer service, the employees doesn’t know how to talk or to manage their orders. Time management is pathetic, they only promise to deliver it on time and want all the payment before they deliver but give damaged furniture with zero finishing. Also, they ask for full payment and deliver incomplete orders. The manager named aziz lies to deliver it asap but vanishes and doesn’t pick up calls. They also have promised to come and look at their damaged goods but have never shown up. When confronted they insulted us and talked in a very inappropriate manner. Its been 3 months and I haven’t received my full order. They are the thief in the market. I highly suggest you all to stay away and not to visit this furniture shop.
P.s - Would have rated it 0 stars if there was an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor product delivered even though they charged me very high for it. They make big promises and
Assured me that the final product will be of high quality as I had asked them to deliver. But they lied to me about the quality of material used but the final product is shoddy, with inferior quality material used and BAD finishing. Wherever possible they used poor material or didn't do proper work.
Customer service and after sales is also very bad. The owner manager has interest only in the payment. Better not to buy any made to order furniture from them.
