There are many shops making it a market place for furnitureIt's a housing society having many towers. Each tower is having 12 floors excluding park level. First floor is dedicated for park area which has the facilities like swimming pool, gym, children swings and rides, carton and it room etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to IDFC bank situated near this building. Although Google map took me to the opposite lane of the bank. Later after enquiry I got to know that the bank is on the main road side. Hope it will help others to reach the place easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful place to stay in Kharghar. Has 2.5 and 3BHK flats. The ground floor is for parking and the Podium is for Walking track and other amenities. There are total of 9 towers inside the society.
Things to Like:
1. Hill view from all the flats. Scenic especially during monsoon seasons. One can witness many miniature waterfalls appearing from the hills.
2. Ample wind breeze from the hill side due to the empty area (substation) and doors in flat for cross ventilation. Sometimes the wind can be so strong that the doors bang and things fall off.
3. Has only 2 flats per floor with ample space in the lobby to even keep our belongings.
4. Has all amenities like Gym, Swimming pool, Walking track, Park/Kids Play area, Indoor games room, Badminton court, Football area, Parking etc
5. Very well maintained society.
6. Balconies in each flat and the large french sliding doors give an excellent ventilation.
7. Has shops nearby to get the required groceries and many temples to visit.
8. Has vehicle entry control system through park+ tag for entry and exit of vehicles.
9. Recently even incorporated My Gate App for entry and exit control if Maids/Delivery guys.
Things to take note of:
1. As it's adjacent to the road, there's traffic noise throughout the day.
2. There's also a temple on the other side of the road, so one has to be prepared for temple bells too.
3. There's no common parking space for bicylces and 2 wheelers which would have been helpful.
