★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This housing complex is in Sector 7. It is almost located on the Rain tree marg (road). It has apartments and is having good facilities. The metro line under construction is passing just adjacent to it and right at that point only the metro station is planned and is under construction. Hard Rock CHS is located almost opposite to it. There is a good rental value of flats in this area and from that angle having a flat here makes sense.
