★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, as per location and cleanliness, I would mark this building as 3 star. Unfortunately, considering the other terms, i would not mark it out. Such as parking has not good. Society people here are no too close to each other except festivals. Compound is good but damaged floor tiles, no on me took initiative to repair. No security appointed for the safety of kids & houses.
Well, people talking about goats should also look in to the idols for which they ask for collection from society. It is of course that one should not bring any such thing if have no money and instead do charity and fulfilled someone's need just like the way people do things on Bakri Eid by donating foods!

But cost of Flats r too high
Recently 1 of my known persons bought a 3 BHK flat fr a whooping 1.4 Cr. This flat shld hv to b around 75/80 Lakhs. Building amenities r OK, but da infra of that area is like taking another 5 yrs to get developed
