★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very bad.... Please no body go there and do any furniture work.... Please please... This is my genuine feedback... I had done my home renovation with them and our money gone.... They are using very very bad wood and quality of work is very very bad....
After payment they don't even attend the call
Nizaar and aasim done my work... Aasim will take orders and he will leave the shop... And when we call them they will tell aasim is not our employee....
Really very very sad... Please no body waste your money

They only sent half a product .even after taking 90% of the money. stating that they are making a loss on this deal and cannot send the rest of the product unless I give them 10K more. They wont even take the product back by giving lame excuses. All the stores nearby are from the same company at the backend. be wary when dealing with these guys..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought one bed and one dining table set. The product quality and work is very poor. Within a month the chairs started giving problem. We requested the people multiple time over phone and SMS to come and repair the chairs, but no response at all.
The chairs are fixed with nail, not screw, one chair seat became loose as the nail broke inside. The other chairs leg's alignment is improper. Funny part is we have not yet started using the dining table set!
The bed's finishing is just worthless.Everywhere there are bubbles as they have not dried the wood/pasting properly. I had to call carpenter from outside to repair chairs.
They will not respond once the trash is sold. Big no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Bought sofa worth 50K didn't last one year And warranty of 5 years. Once product is sold. They don't care. We called numerous of time, very careless. Please fix my furniture. Or replace it immediately. Horrible customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible Shop and so is the horrible Person who claims to be owner of the shop. The person named Kalim is so sweet talking person that u will start believing him. But the reality is totally different. Bad Quality of furniture, Bad after sales service. The bed I ordered was defective the second day. The sofa is broken, sponge came out. The person named Kalim is not responding to the complaint now. Don't ever go to this shop ever. Fake people b fake business.
