★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible, I could rate this shop minus. They are goons. They use the scrap wood in their sofas. Once you give advance , they start showing their rude behaviour. Never buy anything. This the advice sincerely. They would always show that they have plenty of order in que and would buy some time to manufacture a new sofa. But in actual, they use the worst material . And that time., You can't do anything. Your advance would be stucked.better not to deal with these nuts. Plywood of hoarding board can seen in one of pictures.

These guys do not know anything when it comes to furniture they scam money from the customer with extremely low quality wood, service, not professional.
They have stapled the couch rather then fixing it properly .
Regret every penny of what I paid.
WARN EVERYONE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY KINDLY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PATHETIC AND LOW CLASS MEN.
Someone needs to shut this place down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub-par products and horrible customer service. Managers are rude and don't accept mistakes in wood carving. Overpriced products. Their work motto is, "If it's not visible, it doesn't need to be dealt with." Advise all Kharghar residents to give this place a miss and tell your neighbours/friends too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want to give even 1 star.. All negative reviews are perfectly correct for this shop. They get the money in advance and make damage furniture. They showed full done furniture while inspection and delivered furniture without some fixings. But they get 100% payment before delivery. After 100% payment, they won't respond properly for to repair the damage or to fix the missing pieces.
Very worst experience. They have 3 shops in line. This one, Furniture Hub and Furniture City in same line in Khargar. Even if u pay more go to another shop. Atleast you will get a quality product with good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These the Furniture Waala shop located in kharghar are bunch of total frauds cheater and liers...whoever reading this please don't purchase anything from this shop . I had a very bad experience. And regard ordering from this shop. They promise something else..before booking..but as soon as u pay them they show their real faces... it's more than 6 months now..after booking still order is pending..upon this delay the work quality is bad.. not finishing..don't accept their mistakes..behave rudely when questioned about the the order and delay... should file a complaint against them..worse customer service...worse work finishing and...total liers..please don't fall into there trap..I request everyone..to pass this to your loved ones..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience... sweet talks to entice you and get advance... the become rude and unresponsive.. supply substandard and poor quality material and armtwist you into paying full amount without completing their promised services.... just stay away... not even worth considering... we are totally hoodwinked by them and stuck with poor quality and unfinished material. You wouldn'nt believe in the beginning how they can change colours and become rude. They have no concept of quality and proper finishing and everything is ok for them.... I have never seen such poor service from any good furniture shop in my life... We had a harrowing time.... Hope this helps some trusting people like us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my biggest mistake to buy my furniture from this shop.
They will speak sweetly at the time of booking but once payment is received no one will acknowledge you , they just don't recognise u after that and do not pick any calls.
All my work was delayed, the finishing work is still pending after 1 year.
Quality of the wood is also a issue, the laminate of the centre table started chipping off on the very first day.
Sofa sets just appear to be fancy but the material is used of very low quality and cushions are not comfortable
Plywood used for my bed and mattress provided is substandard.
In short, don't fall into their trap of their big showroom. For their price you can easily get good furniture in other places with good service.
Don't be fooled by some of the good reviews, as they have been posted by their staff itself.
