A friend of mine shared a photo of his Home interiors done by Godrej UnUs and it was amply clear that they were fooled as they believed the Designer. I saw the pic of his room where there’s hardly any place left for him to even move. Reason being a BIG Queen Size bed which is more than regular size. Clearly they have been cheated and are suffering because of this. Now if we ask the designer to make a change in it she is asking for money. THEY DONT WANT COSTOMERS SATISFACTION THEY ONLY WANT MONEY. Friend of mine waisted 10lac on them and now again he is spending more money on the work where they goes wrong. Worst design studio if you want your house looks like house don’t appoint them.

Informed customer care also, not sure whether they are willing to improve.

They gave us a different product than what we had asked for, a different polish than what we have asked for and they are not ready to accept their mistake or show the slightest of concern to get it corrected. Please do not buy from them! Don’t go on the reviews mentioned here. They just blame each other - the design team blames production and vice versa and the customer has to suffer. I am really regretting wasting my hard earned money on their furniture. I would give them a zero star rating if I could!
