★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very unfortunate. I found Avinash to be really knowing his work and a very genuine guy. It has been 3 days I am trying to reach him to discuss the kind of work to be done but he hasn’t responded to my whatsapp and never returned my numerous call. He was suggested by relatives so really was hoping high. This is really sad. No courtesy at all. I wish he would have said no. I wouldn’t waste 3 days. I even shared his work with a friend of mine who was looking to have a couch. But I ended up with only embarrassment because Avinash won’t respond to me. His work may be excellent but sadly I dint get a chance to go that further due to his clear lack of professionalism. My experience is horrid. Before taking money, he is acting like this. Be wise before you give him your advance payment. I have no choice then to review him here. He should know what not to repeat in future. Don’t go by the review here, because most of them is done by family and friends of his. The real review is this. I am attaching all the screenshots so that you know what not to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally when you buy customised furniture, it rarely turns out to be as you imagined it, but with these people the final result was exactly as i had in my mind.The customer satisfaction is their priority, both before and after the purchase. I'd had a really bad experience with a furniture maker in kharghar, and so i was really cautious this time. I went to Your Sofa Art after visiting many furniture makers in navi mumbai, and i am happy with my choice, in respect of both quality and customer service.

But he is completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
For around 10 days, I have been trying to reach him on phone and send him messages for some cushions ( that he had agreed to replace since done with wrong size initially).
He is not just unprofessional but also shameless! No basic courtesy to pick up phone or respond later. Tired of calling him at least 5-10 times everyday for more than 10 days! If you go there personally to ask him why he doesn't respond, he will say with a straight face that he is busy!!
They tell lot of lies and are quite expensive!!
I am sure people who have rated 4 or 5 are his family/ friends!!
Never ever give your money unless all work is completed to your satisfaction!!
If you can PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service has been provided by shop owners Mr Vikash Nikam. I had visited to the shop after 6 years for repair of old sofa and dining table which were purchased from same shop. He arranged it in cost effective way and last but not least IN TIME delivery. All the best and keep it up.

Their dealings with the customer is courteous and they try to help customer in choosing cloth, design etc to the best possible manner. Avinash and Sneha both help the customers in their way which is exemplary to other peer shops. I found the rate to be reasonable . Finally with the help of Avinash and Sneha we are able to final a good sofa for us which is much appreciated by our friends and relatives. A big thank you to " Yours Sofa Art".
