These advisors are carrying Wrong attitude with them.

β β β β β Purchased Activa 6g on 1st March 2022. 2nd April 2022 the vehicle had breakdown. After standing nearly one and half hour on road they picked the vehicle and took it to workshop. There was problem in bettry which was completly drained in a new vehicle...after it got rectified ( don't know for how long?) The service advisor adviced me that evrytime I should kick start the vehicle and then can use self start.? After using Activa for last 14 yrs my heart was tend towards Activa but my mind was promoting TVS Jupiter....Sadly I haven't listened to mind. Now on First free service was charged 448/- ...233/- is engine oil cost...rest labour charges...still it's a free service.. anyways just pray for me and this vehicle...so that we won't face any such problems in future..what else can be done...and yes the PDI of the vehicle not done properly by sales team of Bhavna Nerul branch. So whenever u all by this vehicle on ur own risk pls do check the PDI job card before taking the delivery.?

β β β β β I was done servicing there on 20th March. They make 3000 rs bill but after servicing i am getting lots of issues like milage issue, clutch issue and many more. I don't know what they do in servicing. Means i feel like they make fool to customer.

β β β β β Worst experience. Don't get your vehicle serviced from here. They wonβt do any actual repairs but will include unnecessary costs like overhaul and coating but the vehicle will reflect no change on ground. Better to get it serviced from outside mechanics or other honda service centre.
Moreover they dont have manners to talk. If you scold them that the work has not been done they will start talking you in rough tapori language. (Mr. Sohail).
Stay away from this service centre. Never send ladies / females from your house to get your two wheeler service done here.

Completed the services of my bike on time.
Telecaller was pretty helpful in arranging the service and called back to ask about my feedback.
Overall positive response all the times I went there.
