★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited twice. Both times I had feeling like do they work or is this place about to close forever. Management need to spend to revive this place. The team is good and experienced. You may visit for service or sales. But don’t expect something great to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I get very bad experience. My car gave for service and there is issue in clutch paddle. Honda service unable to solve the same problem from past 4 months. I gave my car twice for the same problem still they unable to solve. Brand like honda giving such a poor service to his customers.
Still my car is in service right now let's hope this time they solve problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always closed. Rest all showrooms are open and working, Skoda Hyundai Tata Maruti but these Honda people needs break. Worst than SBI people. Sunday don’t even expect it to be working. Rest all days 10-4.30 max. If you go before or after it will be closed. Wonder why sales are low

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would think thrice before taking my Honda car there for service. Because they cheat, and lie by saying things need to be done when they don't.
My Jazz had been regularly serviced there by my father, and he had been doing everything they recommended. And service bills are much higher than what one would expect from a reliable c a r like a Honda Jazz.
They changed the brake discs and pads in a service, and for the next one after 10,000km they said that those needed to be changed again, as there's less than 20% remaining. That raised my suspicion. Along with that, they were recommending a package which included top up of brake fluid, doing some superficial checks and lubricating the window channels - for over Rs. 2000. I realized that the consumables used would probably be less than Rs. 100 worth. I told them not to.
I took the car on a road journey after that from Mumbai to Jaipur in Rajasthan, and then back to Ahmedabad in Gujarat. Over 2000km of driving. And then took it to Landmark Honda - authorized service center in Ahmedabad and asked them to check the brake pads and discs. They said that it was around 50% still remaining, and I do not need to change.
That is the way Hallmark service centers cheat us. Inflating bills by recommending parts to be changed which do not need changing, and adding on unnecessary line items. Be careful. Avoid that service center of you can.

#Lack of parts availability you need to always order the parts
#During service they use to add unnecessary things which increases the over all service cost.
#Money they charges on the parts and the service,I think we would get 2 services with some parts in the same price at outside of the showroom
# lounge is not good
# washrooms are like any government organisations washrooms,very very dirty
#management staff is alway ready with bouchers knife.Over all experience is not so good
Following point they showed me on my city
#Battery is weak
I don't know how the 2 year old sf sonic battery can get weak again which is maintanence free and on which Sf sonic gives 5 year warranty
#Disc worn out
I showed it to other mechanic and he said those are absolutely fine
#break pads need to replace
When I opened my wheels I wandered that my break pads can do another 1000/1500 kms which gives me ample time to change and again it is not that bad also
#wiper blades need to replace
I changed my wiper blade with wurth wiper blade a couple of week ago and now hall mark honda claims that those are not of use and need to replace
