★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Delay in delivering the Cars and biggest drawback is we have only one Maruti Suzuki dealer in Panvel and that too like Simran Motors. I would rate them 1 star. I took delivery of my car from them but they forced me to install high cost accessories from them as a condition. Reason of putting this condition was we were taking multiple followup on delivery of our car and against them they did this. We checked with Maruti Suzuki and they said there is no such condition to assemble accessories from them. 1 star for Simran and for customer support and giving value to customers requirement I would thank Maruti Suzuki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big showroom but need to improve so many things like customers services, talking skills, telling truth because they don't ask you even water and for their sales they will tell you to buy car with accessories which cost double in showroom and will not give you any discount or bonus if it is there because you are not buying accessories and you will get your car delivery to late even if you pay full amount. For any claim they will charge extra money with gst which they can wave off but if you insist else they will fool you. For free servicing also they charged whatever they want like for dashboard cleaner, shiner, paper foot steps everything silly things they will add in your bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Proper Service Offered. Dealer is busy in Receiving money only. Once they get money, no one has time for you. Even insurance company personnel sit ideal in A/c room and tell customer standing in hot environment that they are too busy. After visiting their room, we came to know that, insurance personnel doing time pass in A.C. room. Third class service i had ever got since 25 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service by the Insurance department of Simran Motors. I had literally follow up with them to give me my insurance policy despite payment being done just because of the casual approach by the company. Sad.
