First of all I would really like to thank all the members of Heritage motors panvel for their tremendous cooperation and service till delivery of my car. I bought tata tigor xz plus cng on 2nd April. Mr Darshan was tata representative. He is absolutely gem of a person. Hats off to his patience and the way he handled customers. As due to high demand and low supply, All cars delivery were getting delayed but he handled the situation very well and cooperate me time to time. You really valued your customer and keep doing it all the time. I would rate 10/10 for Darshan and his team. I would really like to recommend to you all if you want to buy tata car from here just reach out to Mr Darshan and enjoy valuable hastle free service support after that. Keep it up. You deserves all the applaud and praises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service . Staff only interested in taking the booking and if you cancel the booking they will not respond and take your concern seriously. Other showrooms refund the amount in a week or less time but they took more than one month and still not refunded the booking amount to me. Very Poor customer service better stay away from this showroom and find other dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop. I booked a car in November but there was no response from the executive, no answers on calls, messages. Because of this behavior, I canceled my booking in January and not March but till now I didn't get my remaining money back. I am following up regularly. First, they said in a week you will get it, then said in 10 days. Then said the owner is not in town and now March started but my money is not given. Whenever I call executive cuts the call and sends msg that I will call you back but no call comes from his side. Total waste of time and energy. Give me my money back.
2- Now it's disgusting.. As per the reply, I called on the given number. A person received and said I am shreenivas.. When I asked if it was tata motors' heritage he said it's wrong number and cut the call.. After that, I received a message saying thank you for calling at tata motors heritage and the new number was given. When I called on that number no one picked up.

Very helpful staff.
Especially our sales executive Miss Kavita Kottari helped a lot and answered in detail our various queries regarding buying car.
Even after sales and car delivery moments were very smooth .
At the time of delivery, Kavita spearheaded smooth delivery, prompt documentation n kept a new swanky car ready for delivery to us on given time.
As it was my birthday on car delivery day, showroom gave me some free accessories.
Overall worthwhile n joyous occasion for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go if u want to have ur new vehicle as Repainted, Some part rusted, Interior with black marks. Choose wisely...had my personal experience for Punch...very bad experience. I have refused to take this defective vehicle during PDI and waiting for my refund

Smooth delivery of vehicle.
Good support from the team on delivery and timely updates provided(had to followup on two occasions since I had urgency for delivery for a muhurat)
Sales people are generally polite and talk nicely to the customers.
Showroom is clean and big
Manager is also easily accessible in case you have any queries or escalations.
Showroom is right on the highway and easily accessible if you are in Panvel.
Parking is available outside the showroom or you can park on the highway
