★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and experience. I tried calling this showroom from 7 pm onwards and there was no response. We then took a cab from Vashi and rushed to the showroom and reached there at 7.45 pm. The sales guys refused to entertain our inquiry and asked us to come tomorrow. When I said that tomorrow I would prefer to visit SHARAYU HYUNDAI at Turbhe, he responded by saying...OK, please go ahead...pathetic ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to kamal hyundai for the first time to get my car service, but it was not a positive interaction with staff out there. I took my i10 car for service and they told me the service cost which generally other service center charges for verna. I can say so as i have both i10 and verna. I have got my 2 cars work done at 3 service centers in last 9 years.
Modi hyundai ( mulund) is the best, shrayu hyundai ( vasi) is also good but this one is on the extreme side of negative marking. The executives dont know how to talk as well. Even for small query they want to make entery in system and will not let you go out of the gate. Pathetic interaction and this was my first and last time i visited them. I was planning to buy creat from their show room, but looking at service center interaction, vashi shyaru does not seem far now ;)
Good that i did not leave my car there for serving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, do not give your car for servicing at Kamal Hyundai. Gave my car for servicing yesterday, they sent my car with a broken handle and now they are saying that they might fix it but it will take 2-3 days. Also they have taken full payment, without payment they don't even let your car out of the gate. Satish Tayade was the incharge of my car servicing.
