I have seen showroom people behaving very differently when they realise that the purpose of the visit is mainly to check-out than actually buy it ...
We had some time at our hands and visited three different showrooms today of different manufacturers. MG was the best experience.. be it the attention given to us, the description or details provided and some honest guidance about choosing the versions.
Pretty impressive cars and very helpful people. Thanks, Shraddha.
Now, I wish they have the Diesel Automatic in Hector plus!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor with the commitment and make false promises of delivery at the time of booking amount. Once booked, they cook up new stories all the time and don't deliver what they promise. It's professional blackmailing I wud say ....Think twice before you book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of this dealership and there are no safety measures taken for covid. they talk to customers in a very rudely way. Plus i have canceled my booking on 29 December 2020 as i got my car from other dealership from Bangalore and i have not yet received my refund amount from navimubai nerul dealership is constantly saying it will credited in your account in 2 days its been 16 days now. Every time here to talk to higher authority they are always in a meeting with management team.

Highly ignorant executive was allocated to attend us. Knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle(s). Helped only for the test drive, but couldn't explain all the features as he was completely ignorant.
Compounded to that is completely false information regarding the wait period for MG ZS EV EXCLUSIVE. We were informed of atleast 06 months!
To add insult to injury, a lady calls up as a follow up, and instead of apology, went on to say that if we book the car within the next 2 hours, we would get a special booking slot, (because we are close friends of one of the staff) and the delivery would be attempted within 6 weeks! How ridiculous.
Finally, visited MG Thane where the staff is responsible, efficient, and helped us complete the booking process at our home, at our convenient time.
