★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the showroom is near the main road...the approach road to it is in pathetic state. One is scared the condition of the vehicle that one is driving may be affected adversely. The staff is courteous and attend to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took appointment online in Oct 2020 through maruti arena app. After that I jave to wait for nearly 1hour for technical assistance to be assign by them, always problem in car wash. The wipping persons who wipe the car after wash you show them any spot left over, they try to remove by finger nail, i mean how can they do like this, if they have microfiber towel to wipe they can wipe that from towel. This must be improve. Customer feed back form is there so they also can understand what need to be improve in service, so please fill up the form if you have any queries they will try to solve.

They don't care about customers vehicle. They handle it very poorly.
I have given my car for body repair work. The paint on the car differed from the original color. There were other car color paint stains on my dashboard and gear knob. The steering cover was totally torn. Really disappointing.
