β β β β β 2nd Time i was cheated with Money..
Service advisor gives oral quotation of 4 k and final bill is for 9 k...
They try and make a hole in our pockets by adding all the unnecessary work , unwanted parts replacement, under body cleaning , this that etc without taking confirmation from the customer and they purposely delivery vehicle at the closing time of the day .
By that time we feel to just get back our car home and cleaning also is not upto the mark , grease n polish marks all over the window.
My building watchman washes car better on the outside then their showroom .
Basically senior staff has only focused on how to do extra work n making lenghty bill from customer and not even respond then even after 10 days .

β β β β β They dontvkeep.promises kept..and persuade u to give good ratings..I like Hyundsi and I have 3 hyundai cars at my home..but will never get a Hyundai again thanks to the service by these guys..it's been almostv10onths and they have not bothered to send me extended warranty docs or RSA Doce.. eventhough they have extracted the money at the time of sale..Pathetic

β β β β β Not good behavior, these people should not have taken a car from Hyundai, they should have told that we do not take cash before pitching the car. I didn't see my car, what are the services, first payment should also be done online, I told him, you will give cash at the time of car delivery, but not.Osne cash ke meri car laya hi nhi me cansumer court jata hu bata hu cint ko kese paresha karte hai

β β β β β I have given my vehicle for service of minor accident damage. Car is covered under insurance policy. As per advisor it is Major accident case and they have give quotation of ~2Lakh to insurance company. Still insurance company and service center negotiating on pricing. It is more than 20 days and still no solution. I think I have done a big mistake to give my car to hyundai service center

β β β β β I have given my vehicle for key loss claim. I have Hyundai assured insurance policy then also this people takes more 10 days and still my vehicle is with them only. Verry ridiculous service.

β β β β β Excellent and prompt service. Right from the time car was picked, till the time of delivery, I was informed about the status through a WhatsApp group. Also while picking the car, driver clicked photos of the car. And after it arrived at the service centre, photos was clicked again and shared through the WhatsApp group. When the car was ready, again photos was clicked and shared. Thank you so much Team Kamal Hyundai

β β β β β Workshop is spacious enough to handle multiple vehicles in parallel. It has all required equipments to carry out servicing and repair tasks. For certain parts that are not readily available, they are able to arrange in a week's time. Staff both at front end & in workshop are friendly. Occasionally, you may encounter instances of delayed delivery when too many vehicles have been taken in.
