★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thoroughly unprofessional. They cancelled my pre planned advance booking last minute. And informed me only when I called them for confirmation. And was not able to make proper alternate arrangment.
It was really embarrassing to convey booking cancellation to family members. So I had to do booking other place at higher rates at last minute paying expense out of my pocket.
