G	Garima Goel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had such a pathetic and disgusting experience with Archies where I had booked to send Rakhi for my brother in the US this year paying a hefty price, but till date no Rakhis have been delivered. There is a lag of more than 1.5 months. There is no customer care service available and no one picks up the phone at the Head Office. There is no reply to the emails sent for the follow-up and I have lost like Rs.5000 on this when there is no notification/update/delivery done by Archies. I would strongly recommend not to use Archies because they cheat their customers and never deliver the product asked. Hence, there is no value for sentiments with them and you end up losing a lot of money.
