★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible connecting road. The sorrouding area is akin to a village, as the name aptly suggests-Munjaba Vasti.
The society has Perennial water crisis. Infra management is terrible, wherein the residents are pestered amidst the clash between builder and society maintenance team. The society maintenance team has a diktat and comes up with ludicrous rules to penalize the residents.
Lifts are always shabby, lighting in common areas is always a concern. Despite complaining, it takes forever to fix the issues.
Infrastructure in the flats is the poorest that hill ever see. Doors get automatically locked because of the inferior quality of door locks. 3 doors of my house had to be replaced because of this. Imagine the plight of getting locked in a bathroom with nobody at home. My father, who is a senior citizen went through this trauma.
Almost every week someone in the society whatsapp groups complains about being locked out due to the defective door locks.
Feel sorry for the people who've bought a flat in this society. Humble request, do not move into this society, it's a big let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amenities are not up to the mark there. The committee there always wants to collect money from the residence, sometimes in the form of fine or sometimes in the form of fees. The place is not at all pet friendly, people always complain. The lift is always dirt. Children pee in the lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest issue is parking. People in first 2 building are staying there from last 3 years and they themselves don't have parking space. They keep fighting between themselves and builder did not provide parking to owners.
For guests like us we have to park outside. There is no guest parking even for 2 wheelers. There are so many issues with builder, for which residents are following.
Lifts are not working most of the times, we had to walk few floors as one of the lift was not working and other one was not coming down quickly.
Swimming pool is s also not maintained.
Connectivity is also a problem. Going through Vasti area is very difficult as locals park vehicle's on road.
Sometimes I really wonder about residents, why they don't go legal with builder ?
If you are planning to buy there then visit sales office and then talk to some residents. You will find misselling by sales people.
From so many years they are selling flats with most of false commitments of getting a road connectivity from Dhanori, showing some letters or photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is completely cut-off from main road and the approach road is really terrible. Terribly narrow roads and area feels like an old village. Avoid car, if you want to go to the society. Dhanori area is filled with societies like this, which are sold on the commitment of the famed DP road, which is nowhere to be seen. I guess eventually there won't be any space to build the road itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society to live. all past issues have been resolved. no water problem. lifts are operational. well behaved staff. not so frequent power cuts are only issue since no backup inside the flat. power backup is only for common areas. narrow approach road from dhanori road is only concern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live. All the amenities provided are well in shape.Water supply is 24 hours a day but drinking water comes only for 2 hours a day so need to be alert to fill appropriate quantity kf drinking water. Environment is good. The only problem is that it is surrounded by slum area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful society to live in Vrshrantwadi, Pune... 3 towers are being constructed now... 1 BHK flat price is around 35 lacs and 2 BHK flats goes up to 50 lacs... Building has 11 storays per towers... society has good amenities consisting of swimming pool, baby swimming pool, tennis lawn, party lawn, children's play area, gym, table tennis and gated community service...
