Mr.Jeet shown us lot of options and helped us to choose best in given budget. We really appreciated the service given in store. I would highly recommend this store for any function. We almost spend 3 hour in the store for final selection.

I visited the store recently. Was shocked to see the nature and communication skills of the person sitting at the cash counter. The staff initially was quite generous but later while making the payment the attitude changed drastically.
Worst experience ever..Will never ever visit the store again neither would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety at fair price. No discounts though as the price is fair anyway. Staff service is very good. We end up buying more than what we wanted as service is so good and too many voices to make. Salesman Jeet was too good and helpful in shortlisting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service of this place is horrible. They kept my lehenga for 3 weeks. But when I checked, no fitting was done, no promises were kept. When I called, the staff was unapologetic. And even after returning them, they didn’t do the additional changes they promised they would. No bride will have the time and energy to do all this. They threw the lehenga on my friend’s face when she went to collect it. Again! Not even sorry about it. Even though the collection is good, i will not recommend this shop to anyone just because of their attitude!

They were very patient and helpful and a big thank you to Pavan and Keval for being the most sweet people ever. Do visit the store, their collection is amazing and the staff is the best you will ever find

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unsatisfied with the service of staff specially the tailor attitude. After your full payment they don't even bother of your cloths. When I brought my wedding dress i was extremely happy but after the alterations they made me feel miserable. I brought my wedding gown for 19000 which is not a small amount also you want to look beautiful on your own wedding but please don't go with this shop..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behaviour is very good when you are buying something. Their behaviour will suddenly change as they get the full advanced money. No good after sales service. Our dress for wedding was lying with them for 3mths and still there was no complete job satisfaction. Dresses are not cheap over here...we bought it for Rs.28000/- and upon that they show tantrums. Highly not recommended. Lot of other shops on Ram Maruti road are better and cheaper in price.
