★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to give them Minus stars unfortunately that feature is not available here. A complete unprofessional and pathetic company this is. They are Cheaters and once they sold you a product, they will never ever entertain you if you have any issues with the product. I happened to buy a UPS and Battery combo from this cheater company and when now I have an issue with batter, these people are making me round and round. They do not who picked up the phone, who said what to customers etc. They make false promises like my engineer will visit your place tomorrow. Once they also told me that " We do not have the battery water in stock" . I suggest every one to stay away from this company and don't waste your hard earned money on this unprofessional team of people at Power Equipment Co.
