Their customer relation team is not bother to answer the customer calls and harassed them mentally. It is advisable not to book flat in any project of paradigm realty. There are multiple good options available in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited. Ariana Project is almost touching Western Express Highway. Was probably delayed during 2yrs of Covid. But Flats are ready for possession now. OC has also arrived.
CCTV, Intercom, Video Door Phone, Kids Park, Jaquar fittings, Puzzle Parking, Luxurious Lobby... Significant amenities compared to location and price quoted.
Some of the flats don't have obtrusive columns. Can be easily converted to studio apartments. Overall, value for money.
