★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother Mrs.Neela was operated here for catract surgery for both the eyes in april-
may2019,after one month she complaint she cant see properly from right eye,in recent check up with other reputed dr in kandivali dr has diagonised she is losing vision slowly slowly in right eye due to some mistake during operation of catract.
in left eye after surgery dr.rahul had told there is a clot left which will go slowly slowly,but it is also there non cured.
Right now my mother is suffering with problem in both the eyes.which will get cured or not God knows.
Now Dr is reverting that he has no records and we have not consulted him is totally lies,I am attaching follow up prescriptions for readers reference in photos section.
We had visited him complaining the same he checked and told that he does not find any complications and everything is normal,he is so smart stating no medication and drops would be required he has not mentioned follow up dates in file also so no evidence of follow up consultation is left behind.
But since patient was not satisfied with drs answer and had issue in vision we had to see other Dr.
Damage to eye is not curable and patient is suffering day to day.i still request people reading reviews think twice before putting your eyes at risk for your parents.
Dr.Rahul please don't give fake replys, we had visited you you told everything is normal.l have attached follow up consultation papers in the attachment please go threw,it is attached as proof of Dr.Rahul reverting that we had not follow up with him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Centre is thoroughly sanitized. The reception area is designed to maintain social distancing. Only patient with appointment are allowed, at the specified time. Patient is thermal screened upon entry. All the equipments are sanitized after every use. Treatment of Dr. Rahul Jain is always correct. Add to that, the fact that the eye care centre is fully compliant with the prevalent guidelines on social distancing. Keep up the good work !!!
