My mother, Mrs. Sangita Chandra, has recently undergone IOL implantation through her experienced and skilled hands. I would like to sincerely thank her for the excellent care, support and treatment she gave to my mother. Our interactions with here were educative for a”lay-person” since we didn't have much awareness about the entire procedure. She explained the various options and suggested the one which best suited her. Not only this, she explained it multiple times until we had complete clarity and understanding of the issue. From the very first day of consultation to the final follow-up visit, my mother received proper care, attention and respect. Dr. Behl also has a charming personality and she is quite approachable. It was indeed a wonderful experience and we consider ourselves lucky to have found her through Google search.
My mother though is middle aged, she was wearing high power glasses. After the surgery, she is very comfortable to do her personal chores and errands without wearing glasses. Her professional mannerism and excellence as an Ophthalmologist put my mother completely at ease and established a sort of invisible bond of trust. Undoubtedly she is one of the best eye surgeons in Mumbai whom one can rely upon.I would also like to thank the entire staff of Arohi Eye Hospital, Lokhandwala, Andheri where the procedures were done. The Staff are polite and supportive. The hospital has good infra and completely spic n span ambience.
