★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff working are rude specially the male person. Wanted to purchase new regulator staff don’t have any idea asked me to meet the SIR , his time is not fixed wen he will come .
Totally irresponsible people , don’t want to work & give good service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not worth being rated at all ,There is a very arrogant old lady, she thinks she is talking to her bloody daughter in laws, I don't understand why the owners are are not looking into it and having things changed. One of the worst agencies i have ever seen in my entire life please

Information is not properly conveyed to customer. They simply beat around the bush. communication is not clear. When I took new connection, I had to suffer a lot and make rounds around their office just to understand about the procedure. No specific person to receive the customer. I had bitter experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google should keep facility of giving zero rating for such establishments like this one. Really worst service, very rude and arrogant delivery boys. If you try to call them, the phone will go on ringing and ringing and you will never receive an answer. If you are lucky enough and your call is received in a rarest of rare case, you will face another rude lady person talking to you. They don't care for customer complaints nor for customer's problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, they came with the cylinder and ask my old mother to take it up by 2 floors, and when she said doesn't mind paying extra but if they could please drop it on the 2nd floor, the staff said "take it if you want to or let it be here, I can't help you"
The bill was 587/- when asked how much he said 600/-, took 600/- but would not deliver it.
All these years these delivery people have been charging 50/60 rupees extra for every delivery..
They are sick and extremely unprofessional people...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time My wife and Myself visited the Barath gas dealer quarter gate. On opening the door was surprised the arrogant lady at the desk ask me to tell the reason of my visit from the door itself not even wanting us to step inside.I told her that I'm not here to beg and we just had a query regarding our connection which was not active since we were out of the country.So,if you don't allow me to step inside how will I explain to you.She seemed disgusted with her job and then tends to show her frustration on her customers.
Please whomsoever is the concerned Authority please look into the matter seriously and please go through your reviews that are very disgraceful.Work on your customer dealing.As far as customer satisfaction there is a long way to improve especially if you have this type of stuff working there.
We as customers followed all your protocols of leaving our food wear outside wearing a mask and using our own sanitizer. But the arrogant lady was absolutely rude and was not even wearing a mask.
I would be writing to your head office also Regarding this bad experience at your outlet.

Have to go through stress and frustration with Arihant . The owner of this branch is also not bothered about the services offered by the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible place. Accompanied my mum to this agency to get her gas work done. The lady Carol at the counter wasnt wearing a mask. When I politely told her ‘Madam please wear a mask’ she started getting irritated that she has left her mask at home and has a lot of work to do! I said she was dealing with senior citizens and she should have everyones interests at heart. She screamed at me that just because we are customers we can do anything! Got up and banged the door shut on us! Was rude, irritated and displayed total inappropriate behaviour!
The manager also told her politely but she chose to ignore it! Bystanders also told her plz buy a mask and wear it! Totally unacceptable in an age when the country is on the brink of an Omicron infection! Where does the common man go! Is there some govt authority who even looks into this? Really dont know where one reports!!
