When I asked for DBT option they said it will continue as it is but that is not true. Also they did not deliver gas cylinders on time. Need to call for delivery in my first transaction.
Service is very poor and you have to keep calling them. Even delivery boy asks dor additional delivery charges.

Staff needs to be more efficient in handling the costomer In the pandemic now a days.
Bill is given only if asked.
Sanitizer is doubtful n in a broken bottle.
Rest all is fine.
