★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls pls pls don't take connection from here. I am already customer of Rajshree. They always have supply issue. 1 month waiting time after booking for refill. Staff openly tell you to lodge complaint for this. Actually they have large number of customers and supply is very less every time. Regarding delivery 2 times i received only 26 kg cylinder on complaint delivery person not delivery instantly. Every time you have to chase to their staff and delivery person.
So pls take connection somewhere else NOT HERE ANYWAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been availing services of this agency ...from last four months. Till now agencies has offered prompt delivery but the underweight of cylinder can't be denied. I asked the reason of underweight from the delivery man..and replied..the cylinder is underweighted by 500 gm by top level officer itself. It seems management of Bharat gas is unable to stop the corruption.otherwise..no issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first connection. But what a service I received. This is a new gas agency in the area. Also there are not much staff. But the staff available knows their job well. I would specially praise one lady there who helped me. She was very courteous and cordial. I didn't expect this kind of great service. Hope similar services are continuously provided to everyone who drops by. Wish u all the best.

every time we order a cylinder , the delivery boy comes with atleast 2 to 3 kg difference in weight..
currently i ordered my cylinder on 19 oct and today delivery boy came again with 2kg less weight cylinder... i share photograph to the agency .
I think this agency is not having the control over delivery boy , If next time this will happen again I will complain to Higher authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this office on 29th Dec 21 for new connection . I have my docs and I was told by the person on reception that on Friday 31st your cylinder and kit will be delivered but it's 1st Jan and yet to get anything. No call no message about delay..full sarkari mode ...if anyone is really reading these reviews please take some action also update your phone number since it's not possible to visit branch everytime.....I am still waiting for new connection .....kindly expedite
