Just asked for the report as an email, and the woman on other side was rude and gave a number which is switched off.
Better go somewhere else..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arihant management team - you need to get your act together. Your staff is, sorry to say, lazy and bit insensitive.
It took us solid 20 minutes just for registration (excluding wait). The staff made us wait another half an hour before getting the x-ray done coz the guy supposed to get x-ray was busy counting cash at registration.
Your institution is bit overpriced but that didn't bother me as much as management of staff or lack thereof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was called at 1530 for 2D eco test, and had to wait for 1.5 hours and it happen at 1700 hrs. The doctor who was on a visit here Mr. Chowdhury (cardiologist at CK Birla), don't know?? had given time for 1600 hrs. The sad part is the patients have to wait and that's now how things needs to be practised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff dint know how to take blood sample. Punctured veins anyhow . When I spoke at the reception' came to know he was just a peon sent to take the sample since their medical staff had not arrived. Horrible.
