Noticed that during a MRI scan of a lady entire staff in the monitoring room... when questioned why they were there they had excuses... Attendees are not allowed allowed to monitor and the staff tries to bully you....

Recently on 24th October i visited this centre for my allergic testing. As i was not aware the reason behind my allergy, i decided for complete allergy test. When i 'specifically' asked whether this includes 'metals' etc. ( i wanted to check metal allergic specifically, as i have undergone ACL reconstruction surgery and titanium metal was implanted), the receptionist sitting there said that it includes 'everything' 'everything' including metals. Further, when the technician took the blood sample, i again check with him and he also mentioned that it includes everything.
After waiting for 7 long days, when the reports came, metal allergic test was not included. When i asked to the receptionist, he said that complete allergic test does not include metal allergic test. When i said that at the time of sample taking, you said that it includes everything including metals. But the receptionist denied about that. Now, there is no solution to my problem.
Your organisation should understand that this is an expensive test. Even after paying such a huge amount, if we receive no solution to our problem that it is a complete unprofessional behaviour. When your receptionsist does not know about anything, then what is he doing there. If he would have simply said that it does not include metal allergy test, i would not have taken the test. But they dont want to loose the customer and insteas opted to misguide the customer. Now i am feeling cheated.
I would highyly recommend not to visit this centre for testing. Your money may also be wasted just like mine.
I would give negative rating, but there is no option, so i have to give 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not go to veda diagnostic if you really care for the patient.Pathetic radiologist,having no knowledge about his work, mri and ct scan of my father was done on 27-2-22. He is having a implant in left hip. They reported both joints fine in ct report. In mri they reported some fluid. Nothing was found on sonograpy guided aspiration in other lab.on contacting them they said "sir was in emergency,galti ho gayi"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My last visit on 05/05/22 was 4th visit to Veda Advance Diagnostic and Research centre for my ailments regarding my father's blood cancer . Out of these 4 times I had waited twice for more than 30 min , But what I recieved after such a long wait was a competent investigations and reports. Usually I don't review, I just click on stars based on my experience. But what persuade me this time for writing are some negative comments which I believe are baseless and without any evidence.. Not this only, lab charges are quite reasonable as compared to other surrounding labs. And special thanks to Dr Murari Lal Dhanetwal sir (Pathologist) who councelled me for half an hour, when I was depressed after knowing my father's diagnosis. So not going much into this, in short Veda Advance Diagnostic and Research centre is a quite and clean diagnostic lab to visit with experienced consultants and cooperative staff.
