★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I don't expect such prompt service in a city like Indore but the staff here is very, very helpful. I even tried calling the owner before buying the gas connection and he was kind enough to give me all the information on call.

One star less because in case of any issues like gas leak from cylinder etc they don't respond directly, rather ask you to contact Indane Gas helpline

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. This is 3rd experience in a row where we are not getting cylinder for 3-4 days even after booking. Also the calls are not being picked at the agency on a multiple times.
I will never recommend for this agency to any one.
