★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i hv told to deliver the cylinder after 3:30 pm because I am not available before that time as I am a working lady but the delivery person is bringing it before i reach home. It is really creating problem for me. I request you to please see to this matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shiv Gas Agency is supplying HP LPG gas cylinder to their consumers. They also give new connection of HP LPG to consumer. It is old dealer of HP gas connection provider. There is a facility to book for supplying filled gas cylinder through mobile number and after completing the booking process, immediately a SMS received about booking of gas cylinder and it's booking number. Sometimes they supply the cylinder on the same day or within 1-2 days. There is no delay in supplying the gas. The behaviour part of the attending executive seems to be satisfactory and there is any complaint about leakage of the gas is attended by them promptly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but few staff only aargu and they will teach you rules and regulations, recently delivery boy delivered gas we asked him to check he only open the cap and replyed its okay.
After some time there was a smell of gas so we used water droplets on the gas cylinder nobe and we observed continues bubbles on the nobe, we complaint to the office first day office person told, your gas cylinder will be replace by delivery boy today, but after next day 2:30 pm no action from the them.
Now again I called in there office the office person told have you received bill?. have to asked to check the gas by delivery boy? , & start teaching me, I told sir there are gas leakage from cylinder, who will be responsible if any accedent happen, he told still there are no accident, I am sending mechanic.
He was waiting for accident.
After so many aargument he sent a mechanic he checked gas and replace the gas cylinder top nobe rubber packing.
