Very poor room service. After repetitive Reminder also no customer attention.
I called there General Manager many times to visit my room to discuss the service issues.Afterwards he stopped attending my calls.
Moreover I was over charged at the time of billing.
Very Dishonest pricing & unprofessional behavior.
Not recommended to stay.

The employees are too polite and good in nature. Vegetarian restaurant is available.
Cleanliness are too good and l like that.
For me it's the best to stay in mid of Jablapur at Russell Square.
And I also suggest other to stay if they want better services.

First in 2013-14 we celebrate or farewell here.
Good decoration and good staff they supporting and communication is good.
After that many time i visit here with friends for lunch.
Parking inside no chik chik
Invironment make u comfortable here. Food is good, varity is here u choosen according to your mood.
U injoy Family time here with food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super hotel to stay in. Its 25th anniversary of the hotel.
Breakfast lunch and dinner all are super good
Thali, noodles, pizza, sizzlers are a must try... Their buffet is super good.
And also a shoutout to their GM mr. Partho Chakraborty (Rana) for their super courteous hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water stinks like drain and its not possible to even open the tap. Moreover even after sharing the issue, it was not solved. I checked out from the hotel. Water is an essential part and this is not acceptable to use dirty and poor smelly water.
Even it took 20 mins to deliver water bottle. I cldnt bathe even. Very very poor experience .I have not experienced such a thing till date.
