Since I had inquired for a bulk order for specific items but the owner couldn't provide me basic quotation even after 2 weeks after which I left hope from this vendor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheat! Arrogant and extremely selfish man. We worked with him for our office requirement and he totally cheated us. Promised us the best quality and gave us the extremely pathetic outcome. Not only did he compromise quality but also asked for extra money at every step. Highly recommend not to work with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe you should never work with a person who is not on his words.
Firstly, we placed an order with him and also received a Final Invoice from his end. However, later Mr. Ritesh Shah messaged us saying that 'Rate Increased And it is Not Possible us To Continue With Old Rates'
Secondly, after few days he messaged saying that they have stopped production as brand printing on the courier bags wasn't upto the mark.
He shouldn't have committed if he cannot give his best / he isn't experienced.
Lastly, after making full payment too when we requested him that we will be sending our tempo next week for the pick up then he asked Rs.500/- per day extra to keep the material at his place or he won't be responsible for the material.
Don't waste your time behind such Vendors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT WORK WITH THIS VENDOR . THEY DO NOT PAY GST so you don't get ITC.
The material billed and the material sent are totally different . When you ask them to rectify they don't refund or pay the gst billed in the invoice.
Mr Ritesh is just a small time trader .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EVER WORK WITH THIS VENDOR! Absolute cheat.
Horrific experience. 0 professionalism, 10000% arrogance, and no sense of ethics at all. Gave him a bulk order of bubble bags and he did not deliver to what he promised. He had agreed for production and printing but could not achieve the quality for printing. So instead of communicating and telling the client the truth, he said he failed to deliver and it’s not his fault. It was natural/bound to happen according to him and the client should bare the cost for it. FAIL TO UNDERSTAND HIS SENSELESS LOGIC. Not only that, he didn’t even finish the work and asked for the whole payment. When we raised our concern, instead of being apologetic he was arguing. He works purely for money and is least interested in giving good quality service. Even during delivery, he asked for extra money for no reason. We fell into his trap but we hope nobody else does. Take this review seriously and never work with him. You will thank us later to save your money and effort.
