★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy working environment, affable colleagues and managers, and lots of entertainment - Arista is one of a kind company where work doesn't feel like one. You can even take nap sessions too (don't know if they have included in the policy :P). I definitely would recommend it to the ones who are either freshers or are localites looking for a job.
Pay scale is quite less to be truly honest but it's least you can expect to be living in a tier 2 city like Nagpur. Rest depends on your perception. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company only waste candidates time first they take 3 to 4 rounds of interview and then they told us the shifting time will be 3 to 12 pm and afterwards they say your shifting time will be at night 9:30pm to 6:30 a.m means please be clear you are also mentioning in mail
