★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst and horrible experience of my life. No water bottle to offer. When I entered no one was here..its a apartment (just for name) on 14th floor. No breakfast helped till 08:45. There is only one person who is helper cook cleanliness guy and everyone. Max times he is out of apartment. Pathetic. Dont waste ur hard earned money here. this guy also told me that there is no safai wali..so you have to use yhese dirty washrooms only. Horrible experience.After paying extra 400 on Makemytrip for breakfast they dint gave me anything for breakfast after repeatedly asking. Worst experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are definitely not worth the price. There was no hot water in a shower and the landlady hasn’t seen a problem, claiming that the shower was working before. The landlady was asking a lot of questions, disapproving our plans for the day and suggesting that we should stay in the room during the day and take a walk at night (which was insane because w had only one day to see the city). What’s more when we opened our door in the evening, there were sleeping boys on the floor in the common room, which was super weird and uncomfortable for us. The localisation is generally okay, but the service was one of the poorest I’ve ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very bad decision to stay at Aristo hospitality service. Very very bad experience. Out of 2 rooms of our 1 was a small in size. Don't believe in the photos posted. There was a room boy....Good for nothing. No co-operation. Requesting other guests not to book rooms here.we stayed for 2 night. Absolutely un satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 5 stars hotel. do not expect much for this value of money. I have read alot of negative comments about the place for nonsense reasons. The Place is excptionally clean and the owner and her team is very helpful and allowed me to check out with no extra fees even thought i informed her late. Yes they might not be proffesionals as its a family run business, but the place is everything ones wanted for the price; cleanness and affordability. The breakfast is basic but acceptable. I would like to thank the lady and here team for the pleasent stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ room is good, staff is poor to poorest ever seen. no hotel service. if you are coming late in the night even after informing to the care taker he will not open the door unless you ring the main door bell for 100 times. location is good in a residential apartment, so many limitations and enquiry even if you are genuine client due to some limitations to themselves. I feel to pay for a hotel little or more less rather then this self service apartment, may be good for some relatives of patient who is admitted in kokila ben hospital. not for fun. even after request at 6 am when you plan to sleep after coming from outside after saturday night party that please don't disturb the person outside will make unnecessary noise of utensils and all. they will also not allow even half an hour at 11 am start knocking the door when you are in deep sleep and push you to leave on immediate basis. choose carefully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice stay. Great for people visiting kokila Ambani Hospital and want a place to stay. Its just 2 mins walking distance from the hospital. They also provide an inhouse staff who cooks really well. Overall great experience.
Pros - good location, good staff. Cook will cook vegetarian meals if informed in advance.
Cons - it is a flat where rooms are leased out so might not be suitable for peolple who prefer hotels.
