Other projects like kumar Picasso are selling better quality more sqft in same range with more amenities..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable rates for flats the society is clean and away from the heavy traffic area of hadapsar. The Amenities are Gym, Garden for kids and adults. Has good security measures and has CCTVs in required areas as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful society. Highly standard and high class atmosphere of people. Building is of great quality. Gym, garden, jog is peaceful and clean even in pandemic. Sis shifted since a year. Happy! CCTV's are everywhere.
The price is increasing every year by a big range due to Amanora mall!
