★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceremonial house for hosting different functions like marriage birthday parties anniversaries. Modern decent large enough to hosts below 275 guests. There is large hall along with seperate rooms for sitting of bridegroom and bride.Located closer to Laketown more.

Parking can be an issue inside the narrow lane. The entrance to the building is narrow, but have moderate space at the ground and first floors. Couple of rooms adjacent to the first floor hall is small but useful. Restroom was fairly clean.
