★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very very bad experience with ARKA Honda. I purchased Honda Active, service is really very pathetic. Management is really bad, they are not allowing customers to talk. And Prices on spar parts is very high.
I am sorry to write this dear Arka, please try to co-operate with customers. if anyone from Management to talk about my experience which i faced, i am will surely come and explain to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Lack of experienced technicians in this showroom. Without proper checking of the vehicle just simply changes the spares one by one. Again when we cross question they divert topic. Better not to approach this showroom for paid services for all Honda 2 wheelers. What I feel is there is NO one perfect in working staff

Their hospitality is good but the service they have done is terrible.
All the bolts and clips are missing. Somehow they replaced clips with bolts.
Due to their mistake i have gone to a local mechanic and ripped my whole bike the very next day because i am not from the same city. And if you are having a big bike like CBR don't rush and go early for the service, because they eventually open the bike and leave it untill evening. And they say its a big bike how can i do only one bike per day i need to do other bike and the continue to do their work on other bikes and leave your bike opened. If you have to do other bikes then why do you guys accepted my bike early. I think the numbering for the service is first come first serve policy but thats not right they will leave your bike aside and continue ther work on other bikes. My bike is the second bike at 9.30am that came for service and the last one to leave the service center at 7pm Those who have CBR dont go to any showroom in khammam all of them are trash.
