β β β β β The worst hospital u may ever visit. They really don't care for the time.. they will give appointment at 11 n after coming they will say doctor will be coming at 12:30.. its not like one time n emergency this is all the time. Don't ever plan to come early

β β β β β Took my mom for diabetes treatment, doctor was so ignorant he kept looking at his phone and did not listen to anything we said, we took couple of blood test he did not even look at the report properly before giving medication, and the girls who take the blood are not professionals they tried takin blood 6 times and they dint even have a band to tie on top to take the blood they lady tied a old rubber gloves on my moms hand before withdrawal, however we took the medication and she took the treatment was more than a month and they sugar levels oly kept increasing to 413, this is worst hospital, waste of money, time everything, wouldnβt recommend this place to anyone.

β β β β β One has to wait endlessly for doctor consultation and to get the lab reports. I had to wait more than an hour after the appointment time to meet the Physician. When the test sample was collected in the morning, the hospital committed to give the lab report by the end of the day. When i called to inquire, the receptionist blatantly said it can be provided only the next day & hung up the call. I called back and escalated the issue to Admin(Suzan) who said she will follow up and get the report emailed.. Even after following up so many times i still did not get right report .Such is the state of affairs at this hospital. Totally disorganized, Please do not visit.

β β β β β Today I visited the hospital in Yelahanka. Bangalore for consulting ENT to get wax removed from ears.
I was charged Rs 600 towards consulting chages (acceptable since doctor is a visiting one). You have charged Rs 1000/- as procedure charges which is very high. I did not expect this. The staff also did not inform earlier while taking appointment nor this is displayed anywhere. Compared to nearby hospitals the charge of Rs 1000 is totally high. Imagine plight of poor people. You have to do service with human touch and not be concerned with money making only.
