★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the owner. You need to ask your staff to attend calls on priority, customers call them to enquire about gas not for timepass. I called them during working hours multiple times but no one attended the calls, later i went to office and called from outside no one were attending calls beside 5 people were sitting inside and chatting or playing with mobile. Have the team disciplined and ask them to attend calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy bharat gas connection from this distributor.. employees and delivery persons are rude at customers.. they blame each other for any problem.. and they don't solve on time.. only if the issue reaches to the higher authority they take action.. delivery person always ask for extra 50 rupees to deliver the cylinder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are attentive, helpful (if you speak Kannada), do the work fast, etc. But when I went to get some refund from them, they took a "undocumented charge" to complete the job. So wouldn't consider them that great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! It's really a great pleasure to get associated with this agency. To say in particular the In charge Ma'm is indeed doing a commendable job. She is quite helpful and never turns away any request.
Even recently we did make a complaint about the gas leakage more or less beyond office hours. But I must say, she has managed to send some mechanic and got the work done. Similarly, the cylinders are also delivered always in time without any second reminders. Always having a seamless experience. Kudos to the entire team, especially to Madam!!! - S.Venkatesh
