★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience with Armsoftech, especially with training manager Siddhart. I was hired as a trainer, I was new in this company with only 2 days old. On my 3rd day Siddhart the Training manager came from Noida to Mumbai. On his very first day he spoken rudely with me. He dont know how to talk, dont have any manners how to speak. If he is new in mumbai and visiting 1st time in Mumbai office. 1st he need to meet the entire training team and then, he must build rapport with his colegue instead of that he was giving order and speaking very rudely, and that too with a new trainer were i was only 3 days old in system. Its my request to CEO of this company please check and investigate such behavious of your manager. Your company is good but people in your company in not that great with no sense. Specially Siddhart. And trust me if you will not take any action on Siddhart, he will vanish the entire Quality and Training Team of Thane. Mark my word.
