★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GYM is not about the various equipment they provide on the floor space, it's always about how you train and the person training you. If anyone is looking out for a Perfect Trainer, it is Mr.Rao from ARMY1.0. He is very good at changing your perspective of how to train and most importantly what to eat and when to eat.
I would highly recommend this GYM and under the training of Mr.Rao you can seriously see the changes you expect provided you stick to healthy eating.
Always remember: 80% is diet and 20% is training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best personal training by Mr. Rao I've ever experienced. This gym is highly recommended for personal training. The equipment is just 2 years old. Even though the floor space is less, it is not congested. Location and trainers are added advantage. Parking space is a bit constraint

They are very friendly and always smiling and ready to assist you in your training. Highly recommended. You won't go to another gym once u join this place. ????

One of the best part about this gym is their culture. Whenever I travel around other gyms, I don’t find people giving smiles to each other or even chatting with each other. Here everyone stays like a big family and its very addictive too. One of the major reason I stay consistent towards gym almost daily.
