★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I'm upgrading rating to 4 (from 1) for the excellent, fast, accurate response from Sowjanya Gondu. Just dial had bunch of# tried all of them from US no luck but this google# was helpful and got first indian style tax docs and then got us format. the moment connected she was able to get to issue and responded.
3yrs back: (the 1* is for below per)
Experience with Kalyan Sagar is unfriendly to do pre closer and took a hell lot of time to get the tax docs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I don't want to give even one star rating also. I applied for loan one year back and they committed that loan will disbursed within 15 days from the date of application to your account. Before applying I ask for document requirements and said it is possible to process. Later my processing is completed and processing amount also deducted but still after one year my loan is not disbursed. I am calling again and again but team is not responding to me. Not lifting phone as well as they are not giving any status of loan. When I went to bank they are giving commitment that now it will process but still as it is.
My processing amount is deducted and now they are saying that your loan account is closed due to not disbursed within 6 month's
Very worst staff I ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is 7 years back incident happened but i had forgotten and now i am writing. When My father was alive and as a central govt employee and getting loan is difficult. The employee who came to our home he tried to divert us to another bank for loan and when i told this issue to bank manager he didnt even care also. So they support their employee fraud. Most of the banks give loans to fraud people.and after that they cry . Genuine ppl wont get loans.
