Sundari madam. She has taken immediate response and tried to do immediately. But, coz of some tricky issue, it doesn't happen immediately. But Sundari madam has taken this as personally and did it later. She knows the value of customer. She has made a phone call to inform me after that issue resolve. Normally in banks, we didn't expect this type of service, especially in government banks. She changed my complete opinion with her service.Thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper response at all.. All services are poor. Waste SBI.. It is ment for looting people money but no proper service given. ATM's not maintained properly.. Bank staff are the worst I've ever seen. If we ask for any service or request they will tell us to wait for some time and play with mobiles..
