★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not satisfied with the service... Was fooled on package pricing as well as the service was very slow... Which was. Really disappointing..
Madam I never asked for the customised package.. it was your colleague who was insisting for the package... I had tens times told her to take all separate things from the list of options. And when she called you, even you asked to pay extra and take package... So there was no need of customisation..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is normal..but the professionalism and service is remarkably excellent. Also the products and range is good. Staff is very trained and follows the correct sequence and steps for each service you choose. Quite peaceful and clean.
