★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a loyal Lakme customer since over a decade and a regular at several of their branches across the city. Have visited Thakur Complex Branch a few times but my experience of 16th March there was totally unacceptable! Was assigned their representative, Santoshi to provide the service. Her mask was casually worn under the nose even though sniffing with a cold. When I finally insisted on her wearing it properly, after requesting earlier, she "muttered to herself" a comment loud enough for others to hear. While covid norms are now much relaxed, one definitely expects a person bending over another's face, to follow all safety protocols esplly at Lakme. Ready to leave, was assigned Kiran to do my job and I thankfully had a very pleasant experience with her and Yogendra (haircut), also Dolan on a previous visit. I wish to draw the Lakme Management's attention to the rude, arrogant conduct of some of their staff here, also rating them less on cleanliness, and also, to fellow customers to insist on getting good quality service from them, not settling for some shoddy conduct/treatment since Lakme rates each Branch/Franchise very strictly...not unless that too has gone to the dogs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hair straightened twice. Though the hair and cut looks nice, both the times, nape area was shabbily done and looks horrible. When called and asked them to redo it, they ask me to sign papers and talk as though they are doing a favour on me. While ironing for the second time, this lady puts the hot iron on my neck more than thrice and doesn't bother to apologize. The whole evening my neck was burning and I had to use a cold pack for it. Also ,if we don't want to buy their products, they treat us cheaply.
