I was offered about 320 rs rs KG for my cargo from Ahmedabad to Kenya inclusive of all charges and no payment at delivery. All in advance.
Upon arrival of my cargo in Nairobi, I was asked for 28,000/- Rs more stating that was Indian counterpart charges and I have to pay Nairobi counter part charges. (handling fees and delivery fees)
That too without billing.
It was like ransom that I have to pay cash else I won't get my cargo.
These people just cheat you by quoting half rates than others and then demand other half like ransom.
Would have given 0/5, but not in option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was cheated , I sent 68 kgs to canada , there is slabwise rates according to your parcel weight , but this people had charged me the same rate for the whole consignment . very worst .
