★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant staff, usually I drop parcel for indore weighing around 10 kg and they charge ₹100 for that, today I hadn't smaller carton so I packed in a few centimetres bigger carton, the weight was same, but they charged ₹200, the person was not ready to listen or understand anything, instead he dealt very roughly, I was getting late for office so had to pay double charges for same weight parcel, will have to look other options now.
